Mango sauce recipe
Mango dip | mango sauce is a dip made with ripe mangoes. This is an excellent dressing for salad too. You can serve this as a dip for any spicy paneer tikka or vietnamese spring rolls are some plain cut salad veggies. Even you can serve with plain cut raw mangoes too. Mango sauce recipe
Preparation Time : 10 mins | Cooking Time : Nil |Yields: 3/4 cupMango 1
Green chili 1/2
Honey 1/2 tsp
Salt a pinch
Red chili powder 2 pinches
Coriander leaves little
Method:
- Take out the skin from the mango and slice them.
- Grind this into a paste. Transfer it to a bowl.
- Chop the green chili into very small pieces.
- Add the honey, red chili powder, salt and the green chilies to the mango paste.
- Add coriander leaves to this.
- Mix well.
- Serve as a dip or as a dressing.
- We had with with mixed vegetable salad.
Notes:
- You can add 1 clove of finely chopped garlic to the mango sauce.
- A pinch of chaat masala can be added to give an extra taste.
