Mango Overnight Oats recipe

Mango overnight oats recipe, a quick and easy healthy breakfast recipe using mango, yogurt and quick oats as main ingredients. Mangoes are in season now and as the summer is in peak now. Most of the time we don't want to stand long time in the kitchen and do any elaborate cooking. Also we don't feel like eating anything hot in the morning for breakfast. This overnight mango oats is a perfect way to start the day in a healthy manner. I have posted mango chia pudding, yet another no cook breakfast recipe. If you are looking for savory oats recipe, check out my recipe of South Indian version of Overnight Savory oats.

Overnight Savory oats recipe

Overnight Savory Oats recipes using quick cook oats, made in South Indian style curd rice. I have been eating Overnight Oats for the past few days. I am trying some combo of fruits everyday, but still after few days i craved for some salt version in the morning. So i tried the curd rice version and i shared that in Jeyashri's kitchen Instagram story too. It tasted so yum and i topped my Overnight oats with raw mango pickle and some pomegranates too. If you want to try a different version of oats do give it a try and i am sure you will love it. My next trial is with rasam and a cold rasam overnight oats😉. Also you can top it with vatha kuzhambu or some roasted crushed mor milagai too. Instead of pomegrantes you can add chopped grapes too.
Please ignore my the poor pictures. It was continuously raining and i could manage to click only such pictures.

It turned out very well crispy and for a change you can try murukku with Oats and pottukadalai.  Stay tuned for more diwali recipes coming up on Jeyashri's kitchen . OATS CHAAT RECIPE | INDIAN OATS RECIPES

Indian-Oats-recipes      I have tried few dishes with Oats but never thought we can make a Chaat with oats. When i went to book shop in Chennai, during my trip last time, kids were totally busy in filling the basket. I am not an avid reader, and i just sat in a place with a cookery book in hand and started just going through the book. I was so tired after roaming around in the mall for few hours. So without must interest just to spend time i was going the book. Suddenly this name Oats chaat caught my eyes and it sounded very new and interesting to me. So i just noted the name of the recipe in my mobile notepad. Finally tried this Oats chaat yesterday and it was very nice  and quite filling too. I took this for lunch and i stayed energetic till 5 pm. Stay tuned for more interesting Oats recipes coming up next week.
Feel free to adjust the quantities as per your taste.

OATS IDLI RECIPE | INSTANT OATS IDLI

INDIAN DIET RECIPES

I have been thinking for a long time to post some diet recipes for a long time but somehow it got postponed but after getting many request from readers to post some diet recipes without any delay i thought i should post some Indian vegetarian diet recipes using the ingredients easily available at home. Though i didn’t get the pictures very satisfied due to poor lighting, hope to update this soon when i make this next time. The original recipe i tried from here but replaced with  broken wheat instead of semolina.

Just keep in mind that whenever you want to be on diet ,  do not skip any meal , just try to avoid deep fried junk food and sweets. Eat lots of fruits and drink plenty of water.
Before trying this Oats Idli i was worried about the out come but it turned out very well and  i enjoyed with pudina chutney. My hubby who came from Office little early yesterday relished this Oats idli too.
