Mango raita with step by step pictures and video.
Mango raita is a simple yogurt based raita | dip, pairs well with parathas, pulaos or even with some chips too. This mango mint raita is quite refreshing for this summer. This is the first mango recipe I am posting for this year. If you follow me on Instagram and also read my stories in my Mango recipes collection post, you know my love for mangoes. I prefer to eat mango as a fruit but very rarely i will try recipes out of it. For this season also, i have a bunch of mango recipes coming up. This raita recipe tasted so awesome and we had few spoons of raita as such. Check out my other raita recipes

Notes:
- As we are adding chili powder and other spices, the sweetness of the mango is balanced.
- Use thick yogurt for making raita.
- You can use Dahi vada raita masala available in shops, instead of adding these spice powders.
- I used Alphonso mangoes for making this mango raita.
