Paan ice cream, without ice cream maker, a delicious Indian ice cream made using paan leaves. I know summer is coming to an end and i am posting this Paan ice cream recipe. Do we need a Summer to relish an ice cream😉. I have made this ice cream last year and clicked the video and step wise pictures of paan ice cream. I still don't know why i didn't post the recipe of Paan ice cream. Last week while going through my video gallery found it and posting it now. I have tasted paan ice cream few times, the best one is i had in Chennai, a restaurant in Besant nagar 2 years ago. I went for dinner with my friend's family and they recommended me to try this ice cream there. I am not a fan of paan and i never eat beeda too. But i love the paan shots which they serve in Punjbai grill here. I have posted the recipe too. So i first tasted a bite from my friend, who ordered first and then immediately i ordered for me too. It tasted so yum. When i tasted it again in a party here in Singapore, i tried it as i have all the ingredients at home. Do try this paan ice cream and i am sure it is a super hit in parties.
