Rose falooda i wanted to post this in a tall glass like how it is served in restaurants. But twice while carefully bringing it from the kitchen to the clicking spot(living room) i spilled the ice cream on the top and so turned it into a popsicle. I wanted to post rose falooda in glass and kesar kulfi falooda in kulfi moulds, but it didn't work. Will post the kulfi falooda, also in sometime. I personally love that as it reminds of our Paal ice and semiya ice of our child hood days. While writing itself i am drooling. My daughter who is a big fan of rosemilk enjoyed this popsicle very much..

MINT LEMON JUICE | SUMMER COOLER RECIPES
Mint lemon cooler, i have tasted this first time at a cousin's place in chennai. When we went to her house she served us with this mint lemon juice. Shamelessly, i asked for one more serving and relished every sip of it. Last week when i was picking fresh mint leaves from the market, this mint lemon juice flashed into my mind, and since the summer is in peak i thought it will be a refreshing one for the summer. Got the exact recipe from her made it and we all enjoyed this . A perfect party starter too.

ARISI APPALAM RECIPE | HOW TO MAKE ARISI APPALAM| HOME MADE APPALAM
Arisi appalam | Rice papad, i always thought this as a very tedious and big process until i tried my hands on making it last week. My mom makes this so well and i never know that this can be kept for drying at home only. Last week when amma came here she got the flour from India. She instructed me on how to make arisi appalam and i thoroughly enjoyed the process of making arisi appalam.
When i fried it yesterday, i felt so happy. The appalam melted in mouth and the entire family loved it. Follow the instructions and try it at home, even if you don't have terrace, you can make this appalam at home. You can have this with any south Indian rice variety like Puliyodarai , lemon rice etc. Or just sprinkle some red chili powder or chaat masala and have this as a tea time snack too.
