EGGLESS ORANGE FLAVOURED SPONGE CAKE

Baking Beginner Recipe
As mentioned in my first baking recipe, my friends gifted me a baking oven , and one among them told me to bake a cake for her birthday. I was little tensed but with little courage i tried Prathiba's Orange Cake , which was tried by Raks too. This came out extremely perfect and i can suggest this recipe for Beginners, like me. My friend who celebrated her birthday was totally impressed by the outcome of the cake and i made this for my friend’s kids again on their continuous request.

Spring onion bhaji with besan, side dish for roti

Besan based Maharastrian style spring onion curry

Spring onion bhaji| spring onion zunka, recipe with step by step pictures and video, a simple yet tasty dry curry made using spring onions and gram flour as the main ingredient. When i heard this recipe from a friend, i was so curious to try it out at home. It turned out so well and no one could make out that it is spring onion. Generally i don't buy spring onion much, as for indo chinese recipes, we use only a small portion and rest of them will get wasted. This besan based Spring onion bhaji can be made using capsicum, onion too.

PANEER METHI MAKHANI|SIDE DISH FOR ROTI

Paneer Recipes are always a super hit at my place. When i saw this Paneer methi makhani recipe in Aipi’s space i tried it on the same day. I can say it is one of the best side dish for roti and i enjoyed the creamy texture of the gravy with the addition of evaporated milk in that. You can add fresh cream or full cream milk instead of evaporated milk. But if your get evaporated milk in your place, do try this with that. I have posted Paneer butter masala but this recipe is using paneer and fresh methi leaves. This gravy tastes well with roti but personally we prefer to have this with Kulcha.  Please check other paneer recipes from Jeyashri's kitchen.

SAVORY BUNS RECIPE | GARLIC BUNS

After the successful attempt of baking Eggless choc chip muffin in my new oven i wanted to try something snack to pair with the evening tea. Without any second thought i attempted Savoury buns, which i got inspired from Bharathy of Spicy Chilly. When i saw them in Rak's space with the replacement of olive oil in the place of butter i tried it out from there with a small alteration. It turned out so well and i used only the all purpose flour ,you can replace half portion with wheat flour too.
